The case

1xCorp N.V. in Curacao, the online sportsbetting, casino, slots, bingo and TVGames licensee company operator of 1xBet, 1xBit, 1xStavka, BookmakerPub, 22Bet, BetWinner, AsproBet, 1xbetaffiliates, partners1xbet, 1xbetcompani, 1xbetworld, bet1-x, 1xbn, 1xbet85 etc. under the gaming license no. 1668/JAZ of Curacao Egaming (Cyberluck) N.V., issued by the Curacao government, has been employing fraudulent actions to evade the payout of substantial deposits and winnings to their clients. At present SBGOK Foundation invites claimants to join the current class action suit of the 17 initial claimants, seeking the recovery of a total sum of approximately 1.7 Million US dollars.

 

 
Procedure
On June 1, 2021 1xCorp’s corporate agent Global Related Services B.V. (directed by G-Force Corporate Services B.V.) resigned for reasons unknown. At the same date, 1xCorp’s Curacao Chamber of Commerce registration was discontinued. On Augustus 26, the SBGOK Foundation filed a bankrupcy request on behalf of 16 unpaid claimants. On November 17, 2021 the Court declared 1xCorp N.V. bankrupt. On November 27, 2021 1xCorp filed a opposition petition, which was granted by the court on December 3, 2021. Since December 10, 2021 SBGOK appealed the verdict. The court has yet to decide on the appeal.

A 1xCorp bankruptcy petition has been filed by the Foundation for the Protection of Online Gambling Victims (SBGOK) in Curaçao on behalf of unpaid claims from players amounting to 1 million euros.  1xCorp N.V. is the operator of 1xbet.com, 1xBit.com and numerous related online casinos. 

 

On August 26, 2021 On November 17, 2021 1xCorp NV was declared bankrupt by the court of Curacao. 1XCorp N.V. opposed the bankruptcy judgment on November 24, 2021 and the bankruptcy was annulled on December 3, 2021. 

 

On December 10, 2021 the SBGOK foundation appealed the court’s decision. The court has yet to decide on the appeal.
