The case

Equity Marketing Management B.V. (Equity Poker Network N.V.) in Curacao, the online gaming licensee company operator of FullFlushPoker.com under the
gaming license no. 8048/JAZ of Antillephone N.V. issued
by the Curacao government, has been employing fraudulent policies and tricks to evade the payout of substantial winnings to their clients. At present SBGOK Foundation invites claimants to join the current class action suit of claimants, seeking  recovery of their losses.

 

 
Procedure
On June 19, 2017 the bankrupcy of Equity Poker Network N.V. (statutory director/corporate agent E-Management B.V.) became a fact. The SBGOK Foundation filed several additional claims on behalf of unpaid claimants. Case number 82704/2017.

Your rights

The Joint Court of Justice of Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten and of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba handles the administration of justice in first instance and on appeal on the islands. 

 

The Supreme Court of the Netherlands (hereinafter: Supreme Court) is located in The Hague, the Netherlands, and is the highest judicial body in the Netherlands, the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba in the area of civil and criminal law. The Supreme Court in the Netherlands therefore also acts as a judge of cassation before the Joint Court of Justice of Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten and Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba.
