Bankrupcy of Stacktrace N.V., also known as Lockpoker.com
We invite players that saw their deposits and/or winnings disappear between 2015 to submit their losses before December 16, 2021 to seek recovery of their losses as result of fraud, confiscation of deposits or winnings to register their claim(s).
The case
Stacktrace N.V. in Curacao, the online poker licensee company operator of Lockpoker.com under the gaming license no. 1668/JAZ of Curacao Egaming (Cyberluck) N.V. issued by the Curacao government, has been employing fraudulent actions to evade the payout of substantial deposits and winnings to their clients.
At present SBGOK Foundation invites claimants to join the current class action suit, seeking the recovery of losses. Case number EJ F73008/2015.

Your rights

The Supreme Court in the Netherlands therefore also acts as a judge of cassation before the Joint Court of Justice of Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten and Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba.
